I only sell parts I have checked personally and verified they work properly. I pack well, ship promptly at the actual cost, and my price is significantly less than from an HVAC dealer and also less than most other used parts suppliers too.
Buyers are responsible for purchasing the correct part for their application for correctly installing it, and for correctly diagnosing their need for this part.
If you are a licensed HVAC professional and you know this is the part you need, mine is an excellent value.
Installing and servicing HVAC equipment and diagnosing their issues, is best done by licensed and insured technicians.
I cannot prevent individuals without the experience or skill needed to diagnose or service HVAC equipment from buying my parts. But please understand, if you are trying to fix your equipment, or you are using someone to fix it that is not a licensed and insured HVAC technician, I am not responsible for any problems that result. Unless this part is purchased by a licensed HVAC professional and shipped to a published HVAC business address it is sold “as is”. If you purchase the wrong part or if it fails to fix your furnace it cannot be returned.
If this part fails to fix your furnace - this does not mean something is wrong with it. Again it has been checked and it works properly. It does mean you have either purchased the wrong part, you have installed it incorrectly, or your furnace is another issue.
