an old Standard Refrigeration Company adjustable capillary valve model C-28.
'Not sure if this is still a
relevant
device
or
not and I can't tell if it has been used or not.  There is some corrosion but that could be due simply to
age
and
sto
rage environment.  The brass nut turns freely as does the adjusting stem.
